Tim is a graduate of Glenelg High School. He has worked in the Home Improvement industry for 18 years. He is LEAD certified and an Alside Window Specialist. At Conrey Construction Company, Tim runs day-to-day operations, coordinates projects, and meets with customers for estimates and follow-ups. He lives in Marriottsville, MD with his daughter.

Born and raised in Carroll County MD, Brady graduated from Loyola Blakefield and Towson University. He was the Captain of the 2009 Towson University football team. With 12 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Brady specializes in roofing insurance restoration claims with Conrey Construction. He lives in Owings Mills with his wife Nicole, son Ryder, and two dogs.
