Skip Conrey, President
Skip is a 1962 graduate of Howard High School and a lifetime resident of Howard County for over 50 years. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1964 to 1967. Then in 1969, Skip took his love of the home improvement industry to the next level and opened his own company and by 1979, Conrey Construction was repeatedly featured in Qualified Remodeler Magazine as one of the Top 100 remodelers in the USA.
Over the years, our family of satisfied customers has grown to over 5,000 members. Skip’s “hands on” approach and personal commitment to excellence has made him one of the industry’s best.
Tim Wingate, Partner
Tim is a graduate of Glenelg High School. He has worked in the Home Improvement industry for 18 years. He is LEAD certified and an Alside Window Specialist. At Conrey Construction Company, Tim runs day-to-day operations, coordinates projects, and meets with customers for estimates and follow-ups. He lives in Marriottsville, MD with his daughter.

Brady Smith, Partner
Born and raised in Carroll County MD, Brady graduated from Loyola Blakefield and Towson University. He was the Captain of the 2009 Towson University football team. With 12 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Brady specializes in roofing insurance restoration claims with Conrey Construction. He lives in Owings Mills with his wife Nicole, son Ryder, and two dogs.
